Privacy Policy

Black Powder Press (BPP) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website, as well as our customers. BPP has established this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect through this website and how it is used.

In this policy, "BPP" refers to the BPP group and volunteers all of whom are bound by law or contract to keep information they receive as part of their assistance to BPP confidential.

BPP does not sell or rent donor information under any circumstances, and we do not share information without prior consent except as compelled by law. Because BPP provides our own OSP services (we manage our own IT and only rely on other facilities for bandwidth and storage space) we hold on to very little information that is subpeonable. We do this to increase our users privacy and decrease our liability. (See discussion below.)
